Silicone Fire Sleeve
Silicone Fire Sleeve is fabricated from a dense glass fiberglass with a thick coating of self-extinguishing high temperature silicone rubber which is engineered to protect hoses,cables and wire harness from damage due to exposure to extreme heat, open flame and molten splash. Silicone Fire Sleeve also provides a high degree of insulation value, protecting hot or cold or cryogenic lines, pipes and tubing from heat or cold loss, proving energy savings and abrasion resistance.
Silicone Fire Sleeve Construction:
The oil line protection sleeve rust red silicone rubber coated fiberglass sleeving is braided with high purity thickened non-alkali fiberglass and then coated by silicone resin.
Silicone Fire Sleeve Application:
Main application to the steel smelting, non-ferrous metal smelting, power plant, shipyard etc the high temperature areas that need to be protective of cable, hose and pipes.
Silicone Fire Sleeve Characteristic:
- This casing pipe is made with glass fiber and covered with thick iron oxide red silica gel.
- Fire resistant, flame retardant, heat insulation, insulation, anti-aging.
- Protect hoses and lines from molten metals, slag, welding splatter, electrical or grinding sparks and contamination.
